I moved from CT to CA. Jacob at Amazon assured me I was in good hands. I was told that it would take 7-10 days from time of pick-up to get to my new address so I planned accordingliy.
Three weeks later, I had not heard anything and had emailed Jabob and others at Amazon and left messages.
Finally I got a hold of David who was so very rude to me and said that he sent the truck driver’s number and to get a hold of him.
I kept calling asking for a discount to no avail.
My stuff was picked up on October 18th and finally delivered November 13th at night. the driver ordered me to pay the second half balance in cash before he would unload a thing.
The boxes were all damaged and upside down, sideways, ripped, you name it.
they chuked them in and left. I am missing two large boxes of important belongings worth a lot of money.
Amazon will not respond to my calls or emails.
I am sick about it and hope they get their reputation tarnished and that the reality comes out about what a scam they are!
