This moving company will sweet talk you with a very low price then more than double it once you have them pick up your items.This company will sell you the Brooklyn Bridge with there smooth talk.I would tell any one who wants to deal with this moving company to look elsewhere for more reputable movers.
I used amazon relocation last year 2014 in late June to relocate my furniture from Philadelphia, PA to Atlanta, GA and I did not get all of my items, my vacuum cleaner was missing. I did not realize that my vacuum cleaner was missing until the next day when I started unpacking. My mistake was, I contacted the delivery guy ***** and not the company directly. However, I spoke with ***** and he assured me that he will deliver my vacuum cleaner since he had to come back to Atlanta in another or so. I believe him since he seemed like a really honest person and was very nice and respectful to my parents when he picked my furniture up in PA. Three weeks went by and no vacuum cleaner, however ***** answered every call and it was one excuse to the next, he got into an accident…ect. One month, two then three months went by and ***** then said that he was personally going to mail it to me. A few more months went by and ***** stop answering my calls, so I then contacted ******** *** of the customer reps their. ******** was not ver helpful, the first I spoke with her she said ” why are you calling now” ” I have to call ***** to get his side” that day she was not able to reach him, but she said that she saw him that particular day. I call 2-3 other times and it was the same, she could reach him. ******** promised to personally handle this matter but never called me back. I called once again and I was not able to reach her, I also emailed with no response back.
